1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The item is unused and in its original packaging
• The return request is made within 5 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or damaged products caused by customer handling
• Personal care items
• Customized or special-order products
• Items without original packaging or accessories

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days
• Refunds will be sent to the original payment method
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund may be transferred via bank account or UPI

4. Exchange Policy

We offer replacements/exchanges only for:

• Defective products
• Wrong items delivered
• Products damaged during shipping

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment
• Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible

6. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), return shipping will be free
• For other eligible returns, shipping charges may apply
